Personal Coaching is normally conducted by telephone for an hourly session each week, for twelve weeks.
During this time you work on achieving up to three goals set by you.
Alternatively, you may require an on going level of support from your coach, working on a specific part of your life. You decide on the level of coaching support that you require from the business of life.
Coaching can also be helpful in a one-off, specific situation, such as preparing for a job interview, making a speech, delivering a presentation or handling a difficult conversation.
Whatever the situation, your coach will be there, working alongside you, to stretch you and to ensure that you achieve your goals.
