Marcia Smythe created the business of life in order to help individuals, and businesses, to identify their goals, and then to work with them to achieve their potential.

Prior to establishing this coaching and training business, Marcia was Board Director for a number of international organisations, primarily within financial services, vehicle management and publishing. She was also Director of a Business Training College in London, and has set up her own Recruitment and Career Advice Consultancy for Graduates.

Marcia has been coaching professionally for over 20 years, and as your coach she offers a mixture of technical skills and personal experience.

She is a Certified Results Coach and Trainer, a member of the ICF and Association for Coaching.
