MARCIA SMYTHE
Marcia has more than 30 years experience working at director level within a range of organisations, both nationally and internationally. Her broad experience has been gained primarily within the environments of sales, business development, client retention and general management.
Marcia is a Certified Coach with ICF and is a senior coach, trainer, facilitator and mentor with Results Coaching Systems. She is also Head of Assessments for Results Coaching Systems within Europe.
She works extensively as a coach with executives and teams within organisations, to enable individuals, teams and organisations to excel, and to identify ways to reach their potential, and to increase their effectiveness.
In order to support and sustain positive change in her clients, Marcia draws on her extensive experience of leadership, organisational structures and business relationships. She is passionate about what she does, and she thrives on her clients’ development and success.
